Do you work with clients outside your local area?
Absolutely! We work with clients nationwide across the UK. Thanks to video calls, screen sharing, and online collaboration tools, distance is never a barrier. We’ve successfully delivered projects for businesses we’ve never met in person, and the process works beautifully.

By specializing in WordPress, we’ve developed deep expertise that allows us to create better websites, faster. Plus, you get full control over your content without needing to code.
How long does a website project take?
A typical one-page website takes 2-3 weeks, while a multi-page site usually takes 4-6 weeks. More complex projects with e-commerce or custom features may take 8-12 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly content is provided and how many revision rounds are needed. We’ll give you a clear timeline during our initial consultation.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes! All our website packages include post-launch support (30-60 days depending on the package). After that, we offer Website Care Plans starting from £49/month that include updates, backups, security monitoring, and priority support. Many of our clients find these invaluable for peace of mind.
What do I need to provide for my website?
You’ll need to provide your logo (or we can help with branding), any specific images you want to use, and your website content (text for each page). Don’t worry if you’re not sure about content – we can guide you through it and offer copywriting recommendations if needed.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely! Website redesigns are one of our specialties. We can refresh your current site’s design, improve its functionality, and ensure it’s mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly. We’ll work with you to understand what’s not working and create something that better serves your business.
How do payments work?
We typically split payments into milestones: a deposit to secure your project slot (usually 50%), and the remaining balance before launch. For larger projects, we may break this into three payments. Website Care Plans are billed monthly. We accept bank transfer and can provide invoices for your records.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes! We build all our sites with user-friendliness in mind. After launch, we provide training on how to update your content, add blog posts, and make basic changes. WordPress is designed to be accessible even if you’re not technical, and we’re always here if you need help.
Do you provide hosting?
We can recommend reliable hosting providers and help you get set up, but we don’t provide hosting directly. This gives you more control and typically better value. For clients on our Care Plans, we can manage hosting on your behalf for an additional fee.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We include revision rounds in all our packages specifically for this reason. We’ll work with you through each stage, gathering feedback and making adjustments until you’re completely happy. Our collaborative process means there are rarely any major surprises.
