3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed before proceeding
• Package prices shown on our website are starting prices; final quotes are based on individual project requirements

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your project slot
• The remaining balance is due before the website goes live
• For larger projects, payments may be split into milestones
• Website Care Plans are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may result in work being paused or delayed

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on typical project flows. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the timeline. We will communicate any significant changes to the schedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required content and materials in a timely manner
• Review work and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate openly about any concerns or changes to requirements

7. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major changes to the agreed scope or direction may require a new quote.

8. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the custom design and content created specifically for your project
• Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

9. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable as they compensate for reserved time. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Website Maintenance

After launch, you are responsible for maintaining your website unless you have an active Website Care Plan with us. This includes keeping WordPress, themes, and plugins updated, as well as maintaining backups and security measures.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
